Terms & Conditions of x999bet

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") govern all use of the x999bet website, mobile platform, and any associated services (collectively "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with x999bet and accept these Terms in full.

You Must Not

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to access areas of the Platform to which you are not authorised.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software that interacts with the Platform outside of normal human use.
• Engage in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that distorts the outcome of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Place bets on behalf of any other person, syndicate, or organisation without x999bet's prior written consent.
• Use the Platform to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse x999bet staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or location when communicating with x999bet or when using the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the x999bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the property of x999bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.

Closure by the Player

You may close your x999bet account at any time by contacting support at support@x999bet. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to identity verification.

Closure or Suspension by x999bet

x999bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if any of the following circumstances apply:

Self-Exclusion

Exclusions of Liability

Governing Law

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
